Management – Kienbaum’s Leadership Team

Kienbaum Consultants International (KCI) provides the roof under which the two companies Kienbaum Executive Consultants (KEC) and Kienbaum Management Consultants (KMC) operate. KCI's Chief Executive Officer is Jochen Kienbaum, supported by Vice President Dr. Jürgen Kunz. The Board of KCI Managing Directors is completed by Dr. Walter Jochmann.

As Chief Executive Officer, Jochen Kienbaum also leads the Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH and the Kienbaum Berlin GmbH. Its Vice Presidents are Dr. Stefan H. Fischhuber and Dr. Tiemo Kracht. The Chief Executive Officer of KEC International are Dr. Sörge Drosten and Carl Azar. Jürgen Siebert is Managing Partner.

The management of the Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH is formed by Dr. Walter Jochmann (chair), Dr. Alexander v. Preen, Markus Diederich, Hans-Werner Feick, Christoph Winter and Dr. Harald Proff, who is also the responsible managing director for the automotive practice of the Kienbaum Group.

As Managing Directors Jochen Kienbaum and Erik Bethkenhagen lead the Kienbaum Communications GmbH und Co. KG.

Managing Director of the Kienbaum Management Service GmbH is Volker Schröder.
